- Membership

Do I need to be a member to buy products?

You can buy without becoming a member, but if you order as a member, you’ll have the chance to learn about shopping and new product releases and to participate in experiences and events as well as get reward cash and gifts.

 

 

Is it free to become a member?

Anyone can become a Soonsoojaa member for free.

Member data is encrypted in our safe security system and never exposed, so you can become a member without worry.

 

 

I lost my ID or password.

You can change member information in Personal Information on My Page if you login.

If you've lost your ID or password, try Find ID/Password on the login page.

To cancel membership, you can submit an application on My Page.

 

 

Is my personal data secure?

Soonsoojaa keeps the minimum amount of private information needed for orders and payments to keep your information safe.

We don’t collect or use your resident ID number and use cell phone authentication or iPin to complete membership registration.

(Collection and use of resident registration numbers is prohibited according to Information Communications Act Article 23, Paragraph 2, and Soonsoojaa is compliant with this act. Law #11322, revised Feb.17, 2012)

We do our best to maintain secure policies and systems so no damage occurs due to data leaks.

 

 

What benefits do Soonsoojaa members get?

You’ll get 1,000 won in reward cash free when registering as a member.

 

 

 

 

- Product inquiries

When does the product expire?

All Soonsoojaa products contain only natural preservatives and no chemical preservatives for the sake of your skin's health.

We apologize to our customers for that, but our cosmetics have a shorter shelf life than those from other companies.

The expiry date is 24 months from the date of manufacture or 12 months after opening.

 

 

How do I store and manage the product after using it?

Store Soonsoojaa products the same as other cosmetics.

The best temperature is between 11-15 degrees.

You can store our products at room temperature :)

Note that the Laser Peel System must never be refrigerated or frozen.

It freezes very easily in the cold as it contains almost no chemical ingredients or oil.

 

 

Where is the date of manufacturer indicated?

It's indicated on the cap of products in tubes, and on the bottom of pump-type products!

Can all products be used by men or women?

Anyone of any age or gender can use our products :)

They’re safe and mild for babies and young children :)

 

 

Were the clinical trials conducted in Korea or Japan?

Clinical trials of earthworm ingredients were conducted in Japan, and we have 32 patents worldwide for these ingredients.

Clinical trials for Soonsoojaa products with earthworm slime as the main ingredient were conducted in a specialty clinical trial organization in Korea, and these products were proven to relieve dryness and itching and to help strengthen the skin barrier.

 

 

 

 

- Payment

How much reward cash do I need to have before I can start using it?

You can use reward cash of 30,000 won or more to buy at Soonsoojaa :)

 

 

How do I request a cash receipt?

You can request a cash receipt if you paid in cash, and you can check 2 days after we confirm receipt of the money.

Cash receipts are available for: account transfers, payments without a bank account, and escrow

Individuals or businesses who want proof of payment can request a cash receipt (as proof of payment).

Cash receipts (proof of payment) have the same status and effect as tax invoices according to Tax Act Article 116 Paragraph 2 and VAT Act Article 32 Paragraph 3.

*You can request a receipt within 3 months of your order.

In these cases, please contact the customer service center (02-569-7422) to issue the receipt.

 

 

How do I pay for an order?

You can pay using a credit card, account transfer, transfer without bank account, cell phone payment, or escrow.

- A pop-up window will be displayed for credit card payments. Choose the payment method for your card company. The payment will be complete after authorization. (Needs official authorization for payments over 30,000 won.)

- For payments without a bank account, send the money to the indicated account to complete the order.

(If no payment is received within 7 days of the order, it will be automatically canceled.)

- The process for escrow is the same as for other payments without a bank account.

(After the order is complete, you can confirm the purchase on My Page. It is automatically confirmed if not confirmed within 7 days of receiving the product.)

What is escrow payment?

You can pay using a credit card, account transfer, transfer without bank account, cell phone payment, or escrow.

In escrow payments, the payment is made to a third party and then the delivery is made, after which the seller is paid. This is a safe method of payment.

After your order is complete and you receive the product, go to [My Page > Search Orders/Deliveries] and click “Confirm purchase” for the payment to be confirmed and so you can receive other products.

If you have not confirmed the purchase within 7 days of receipt, it will be automatically confirmed.

Can I buy products over the phone?

Yes! Please contact our customer service center to do so :)

 

 

What is the bank account number and bank for payments without a bank account?

What do I do if the name of the purchaser and recipient are different when I make a payment without a bank account?

If the name of the buyer and recipient are different, please let us know via the Q&A board or the Soonsoojaa CS Center (02-569-7422).

 

 

It looks like my payment didn’t go through. What should I do?

Here at Soonsoojaa, we confirm payments in 10-minute intervals so they can be confirmed more quickly after orders are made.

If the order is missing or the name of the payer and recipient are different, the payment may not go through. Please contact the CS Center (02-569-7422) quickly if you discover payment has not been made.

 

 

I canceled my card payment, but it's still included on my billing statement.

For your protection, payments made in an online shopping mall are always routed through a third-party agency (Inicis) for card authorization and cancellation.

Therefore, if you wish to cancel a credit card payment, it may take about 3-7 days from the time we cancel the payment until it is fully processed, and you can check with your credit card company to see whether the payment has been canceled after that.

Since this cancellation authorization by the card company takes 3-7 days after we cancel, the canceled payment may be included on your statement, but if the card company processes the cancellation before the day before your card payment dae, the money is not withdrawn from your card the day of payment.

If we make the cancellation within 7 days before your payment date, the payment may be withdrawn for that month as it may take 5-7 days to process, and it will be refunded by the card company the following month.

Each card issuer handles this slightly differently, so please call your card issuer to confirm.

 

 

Can I pay with reward cash?

You can use reward cash you have accumulated to make purchases and can save it for the next time if you don't use it.

However, reward cash cannot be used for some products.

 

 

I want to check my order and payment.

Log in, then go to [Orders] in the top menu.

- If you are a member, you can log in and then search deliveries to see your order details and status.

- If you are not a member, enter your name and order number into [Orders] in the top menu to see your order details and status.

- Members and non-members alike can send a confirmation text message to check orders.

* If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of your order, it is automatically canceled.

* However, payment deadlines may be same-day or depend on details for joint purchases, events, and sales.

 

 

 

 

- Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders made after 3 PM will be delivered the next day. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

Soonsoojaa always wants to get your orders to you as fast as lightning within 24 hours and is deeply sorry if this is not possible.

We’ll get your order into your hands ASAP!

 

 

How much do I have to order for free delivery?

Soonsoojaa offers free delivery for orders over 30,000 won.

However, we plan frequent free delivery events, so take the chance when you get it :)

 

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Leave a message on our Q&A board or contact our customer service center at 02-569-7422 before 2 PM and we’ll make the changes to your delivery :)

 

 

How do I search for my delivery?

Soonsoojaa uses Lotte Global Logistics.

- Cancellations/returns/refunds/exchanges

Returns/exchanges are unavailable when:

We cannot provide returns or exchanges under the following circumstances.

Please read carefully.

- If the product packaging is damaged or the product has been opened or used

- After 7 days from the date of delivery

- If the product has not arrived within 5 days after the request for return or exchange

- If the product has been damaged or destroyed due to the customer’s negligence

- Cosmetic products without damage or destruction that cannot be returned or replaced

If the product’s exterior packaging is damaged or lost

- If there is no medical certificate submitted when requesting a return or exchange due to side effects

- If more than 28 days have elapsed since delivery when requesting a return or exchange due to side effects

- If the return delivery fee of 5000 won is not enclosed

 

 

Can I exchange or return my product?

Always :) However, please return cosmetics for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery!
